Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


During high-volume periods (new drops, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  1. Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  2. Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days (if available)
  3. International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international locations.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

8 Limbs Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your:

  1. Tracking number
  2. Carrier information
  3. Link to track the package

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, 8 Limbs Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Confirm your shipping address was correct
  3. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier
  4. Contact us at dylan.calumpit@outlook.com — we will do our best to assist

We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at:

We will do our best to update the address before shipment.
If the package has already shipped, we cannot change the address or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Preorders & Limited Drops

For preorder items or limited collection drops:

  1. Estimated ship dates will be listed in the product description
  2. Preorder and in-stock items may ship separately
  3. Shipping timelines may vary depending on production schedules

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
